The crystal bowls are sound healing instruments that take you on a vibratory journey into a deep meditative state with pure tones of the quartz singing bowls.

Chakra Balance

Each bowl is tuned to one of the 7 Chakras to help facilitate alignment, balance, and healing of each energy center. Prior to starting your meditation, you will intuitively choose a card to set an intention on which to focus.

Effects may include and are not limited to: reduced stress and anxiety, greater clarity and focus, an overall sense of peace and higher states of consciousness

Reiki is spiritual and healing practice that helps to promote balance and harmony in all aspects of life- spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally. This is achieved by balancing the energy of all 7 chakras.

Chakra Balance

Chakra translates to “wheel” and we have each 7 major chakras in the body, distinct energy centers that start at the top of your head and end at the bottom of your spine. They regulate all parts of your bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease.

An energy reading is a 30 minute energy makeover in which Billi Jo tunes into your unique energy to assess and uncover where you may be blocked energetically. We get to the core of the issues you have been manifesting in your life.

PEACE WARRIOR YOGA Studio Rules during COVID

Welcome Back! As we move back in to our indoor space we have a few rules moving forward. Please take the time to read and as always, if you have any questions reach out and I will be happy to clarify.

1 – Space for indoor classes is limited so registering for class is a must. If you do not cancel at least 3 hours before class, your account will be charged the price of a drop-in regardless of your package or unlimited membership. NO DROP-INS! NO LATE ARRIVALS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

2 – Arrive no earlier then 10 minutes before class. If there is a another class in session upon arrival, waiting outside until the other class has exited would be best!

3 – Your practice space will be clearly marked in the studio. Respect each other’s space. Social distance yourself away from each other. I know this is difficult but please remain a safe distance.

4 – Please no lingering at the front desk. Once you arrive, move directly into the studio and to your mat.

5 – If you feel sick, have a cough, sneezing, fever or have been around anyone who has been…please stay home. 

6 – Bring your own mat, props and water. Leave most of your possessions behind as to not crowd the check in area.

7 – Masks are required at all times while in the studio. (This policy may change or update with State and Local guidance.)

8- Wash your hands!
