I found my yoga practice over seven years ago while looking for an ‘easy’ way to get in shape. Instead I’ve found a continuously evolving relationship with myself, my body and my mind through meditation and asana. 

As a new teacher I have found my classes are similar to my own practice – slow movements focused on proper alignment and long holds to deepen the posture and build strength. 

When not on the mat, I am a true Sagittarius and enjoy a varied list of hobbies including CrossFit, Violin, Backpacking, and painting.
