Jenn began her yoga journey in 2007 when she started incorporating yoga into her training regimen. Jenn was Captain of her college soccer team at Misericordia University. When she started to practice yoga regularly, she noticed great improvement not just in her soccer performance, but also in the classroom. Jenn graduated from college in 2011 with a degree in Social Work.
Jenn works with survivors of domestic violence and utilizes yoga in her therapeutic approach. She loves to help others improve their lives and has learned another avenue to do this through yoga. She really believes in the benefits for balance in our lives.
Jenn welcomed her daughter to the world in 2018 which has inspired her to share her passion of yoga with her daughter and other mothers and mothers to be. She is also a trained doula and fitness coach.
Seeking to improve her own mind, body, and spirit connection, Jenn received her 200-hour certification from Inlet Yoga in early 2016. She is Yoga Alliance Certified as an Instructor. She seeks to share her knowledge regarding her fit and healthy approach towards life.
