Jeanine’s yoga journey began over 10 years ago and she’s forever grateful for this beautiful path. Yoga continues to guide her through life’s ongoing challenges, twists & turns and endless beauty. After experiencing the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, Jeanine knew she had to share this gift with others.
She’s a true nurturer and will be teaching a graceful slow flow with pranayama, meditation & essential oils – all inspired by her greatest teachers.
She loves to share poetry, readings, spiritual text and her heart in each class. Jeanine believes the mind, body, heart and spirit connection are sacred and deserve our nourishment daily to connect to our highest self.
